Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change-of-mind purchases.
We do offer refunds or replacements if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged
- Your item has a manufacturing defect
Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at hello@shipteetees.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your request.
